Divisional SHE Advisor London and The South Permanent Competitive + Flexible Benefits Summary We''re hiring for a new role in our London and South region for a Divisional SHE Advisor to join our team. This role will support the region to implement and maintain an ''industry leading'' and compliant Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental management system. This person will work closely with our team in our Farringdon office but also support our OSM Ventilation facility in Hailsham with occasional travel. They will support the operational teams in the region while reporting into the functional lead. Some of the key deliverables in this role will include: Provide Health and Safety leadership and guidance to ensure that the Safety First and Foremost message is visible and alive throughout all the activities undertaken within the region.Support personnel to understand their specific SHE Policy duties, and in addressing any SHE matters causing a concern. Ensure that pro-active and reactive inspections of all assigned workplaces are regularly undertaken and there is compliance to the Company SHE Policy / Procedures.Make recommendations to both employed and Supply Chain members to correct and/or improve the overall SHE performance and that actions are effectively implemented. Monitor and report on project SHE performance and support the DHSM to produce monthly, quarterly and annual reports to communicate overall Group and Divisional SHE performance.
