The Role

• Winning and developing new business
• Managing client and candidate relationships
• Sourcing and placing high-quality candidates
• Managing temporary/permanent vacancies
• Negotiating offers and rates
• Achieving and exceeding sales and GP targets

What We''re Looking For

• Previous recruitment experience in a 360 role
• Strong business development skills
• Target driven and commercially focused
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Motivated, proactive, and resilient attitude
