Project Coordinator

📍 Location: Milton Keynes
💷 Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour
🕐 Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30
📅 Contract: Temporary, ongoing

About the RoleWe are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join a busy and fast-paced project team. Working closely with the Project Manager and wider project team, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects and ensuring everything stays on track.

This is a demanding and fast-moving project, with tight deadlines and multiple priorities. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, stay organised under pressure and remain committed throughout the assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the creation and ongoing maintenance of project plans
• Manage project schedules and monitor key deadlines
• Coordinate project activities across the wider team
• Track budgets and assist with financial administration
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
• Monitor project progress and highlight any potential issues or delays
• Provide general administrative support to the Project Manager and project team
• Assist with financial and reporting tasks as required
• Help ensure projects remain on schedule and within agreed budgets
