We''re seeking a Health and Safety Consultant to join a dynamic team, providing high-quality HandS services and CDM support while enjoying a flexible, client-focused role. Key Responsibilities: Client-Facing Consultancy Deliver high-level Health and Safety consultancy, including audits, reports, presentations, and management information.Advise and support clients on regulatory requirements and industry-specific HandS practices.Provide CDM coordination and support, advising Duty Holders on their responsibilities.Deliver HandS projects, workshops, and training sessions tailored to client needs.Undertake audits and ensure recommendations are implemented successfully.Set up bespoke safety management systems for clients, supporting ongoing updates and compliance. Work Environment and Travel Flexible working hours to meet client demands; standard office hours are 08:00-16:30 Monday to Thursday, finishing an hour earlier on Fridays.Regular UK-wide travel is required; a full driving license and suitable vehicle (insured for business use) are essential.Occasional overnight stays may be required.
