Full-Time - Monday to Friday  8am to 4:30pm 

Salary £12.21 per hour

Are you a proactive self-starter with a keen eye for detail and a passion for making a difference? Our client is on the hunt for a dedicated Operations Associate to join their friendly and high-performing team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Pick and pack customer orders with speed and accuracy
• Support the production team by cutting materials and preparing products
• Manage stock and plan to keep production flowing
• Maintain tidy, safe, and efficient workspaces
• Operate equipment safely following all SOPS and health & safety procedures
• Communicate openly and ask questions – curiosity and transparency are valued here
• Jump in to help team members where needed
