Are you a skilled Plant Fitter looking for a highly rewarding opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated Mechanic with expertise in heavy plant equipment to join a thriving team. This role offers an impressive salary, fantastic overtime rates, and substantial call-out fees, ensuring your skills are generously compensated.

• A competitive salary of up to -60,000.

• Van and Fuelcard

• Excellent overtime paid at 1.5x - 2x for your dedication.

• A significant Call-out Fee of -325, plus a minimum of 4 hours paid at the overtime rate for each call-out.

• Opportunities to work with leading brands and diverse machinery.

As a key Fitter in our team, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing comprehensive Maintenance and Repair on heavy plant equipment and machinery.

• Conducting accurate Diagnostics on Plant machinery to identify and resolve faults efficiently.

• Executing Component Replacement with precision and expertise.

• Carrying out Routine Servicing to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.

• Maintaining meticulous Record Keeping for all work performed.

• NVQ/City & Guilds in an engineering discipline (preferred but not essential)

• Proven experience working with renowned brands like Wirtgen, JCB, Bomag, and Ammann.
• Conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance

• Expertise working on a variety of equipment and machinery, including:

  • Surfacing equipment

  • Pavers

  • Planers

  • Rollers

  • Street masters

  • Small handheld plant

• A dedicated Mechanic with a strong work ethic.
