Field Service Engineer - Somerset/Wiltshire area Are you a skilled Field Service Engineer looking for your next challenge? This role offers the opportunity to work across the UK and internationally, with some travel and time away from home required. All travel is pre-arranged and fully expensed. As your experience grows, you may also be involved in commissioning newly installed systems, which can occasionally require extended stays on-site. Key Responsibilities: Service and maintain a variety of water treatment equipment including Reverse Osmosis systems, Deionisers, Filtration Units, Water Softeners, and Effluent Treatment Plants at customer sites both in the UK and overseas. Develop and manage relationships with customers and on-site personnel. Diagnose and resolve technical issues in the field and through remote support. Undertake installation and commissioning work depending on your skills and qualifications. Produce detailed service reports and other documentation using Microsoft Word. Provide support that aligns with both commercial and technical specifications. Contribute to internal service improvement efforts to drive efficiency and quality. Maintain a high standard of customer care and technical service. Adhere to all relevant policies, including health and safety regulations.
