Aspire People are seeking experienced SEN Support Assistants in Tamworth to work within specialist schools. These roles are suited to candidates who are confident, compassionate and able to adapt their approach to meet individual needs.

You may be supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties or complex needs, helping them to access their education while developing their independence and confidence.

To be considered, you must have:

A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification
Relevant experience in education, care or SEN
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
The resilience to manage challenging situations positively
A proactive attitude and willingness to support wherever needed
