Your new company Our client is a well-established company looking for a Handyperson/Maintenance Operative to join their team. This role will be based acrossvarious sites, carrying out a range of general building repairs and maintenancetasks.Your new role As a Maintenance Operative you will be responsiblefor: Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance acrossvarious sites. Completing general building tasks, includingjoinery, tiling, painting, brickwork, paving, drainage, and plumbing. Assisting with facilities support, such as furnitureassembly, site clearance, and keeping areas clean and tidy. Responding to out-of-hours alarm activations whenrequired. Ensuring all work follows health and safetypolicies, identifying hazards, and conducting risk assessments. Working independently or as part of a team tocomplete tasks efficiently.Recording all work completed in the internal PMRsystem.What you''ll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will need: A broad range of maintenance and repair skills. The ability to work indoor and outdoor in varyingconditions. Basic IT skills (training on in-house systems willbe provided). Flexibility and the ability to adapt to differenttasks.
