This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to support the delivery of vital infrastructure projects across a range of assets including buildings, platforms, and road surfaces. Key Responsibilities:Assist Scheme Project Managers with the delivery of a range of infrastructure projects such as road resurfacing, roof repairs, platform works, and installation of mechanical systems (e.g., air conditioning units).Support the development and execution of project plans, ensuring all required preparation and dependencies are captured.Contribute to the delivery of projects on time, within scope and budget, and to the required quality standards.Liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.Provide regular updates and progress reports to Project Managers, including risks, issues, and supporting evidence of deliverables.Manage and distribute key project data and documentation to stakeholders and team members as required.
