Alma Personnel are pleased to announce we are working with our West Bromwich based client to recruit for a Sales Support Administrator on a full time, permanent basis. The hours of work are Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm. The main duties of a Sales Support Administrator are:- Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries - products, pricing, order status, lead times, and delivery schedules Resolving concerns, complaints, and issues Providing product information Coordinating with production, purchasing, scheduling, and despatch Preparing and following up on quotes Processing customer orders Managing account information and preparing reports Identifying opportunities for up selling and cross-selling Outbound calling and contacting existing/old customers Maintaining customer records, pricing information and sales activity within the CRM Reviewing incoming orders and monitoring order progress from receipt through to shipment Generating sales reports and forecasts Assisting with inventory related enquiries and product availability checks There is NO cold calling required for this role.
