Prospero are looking for a driven Senior Education Recruitment Consultant to join our Bristol office!

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with primary, secondary, and SEND schools.
• Source, interview, and place high-quality teaching and support staff.
• Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate attraction through to placement.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales and performance targets.
• Provide expert advice and market knowledge to clients and candidates.
• Support and mentor junior consultants where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records using the CRM and recruitment systems.

What We''re Looking For:

To succeed in this fast-paced and dynamic business, we need candidates with an entrepreneurial spirit, strong business acumen and a money-motivated attitude. Exceptional communication skills, drive, and ambition are also essential.

For this role, you must have previous experience within education recruitment or fast-moving temporary recruitment.

This role is suitable for somebody that is looking for the next step in their career!

For this role you must hold a UK Driving licence.
