Fire and Security Business Development Manager Midlands up to £45,000 basic, £100,000 OTELocation: Midlands (Derby, Nottingham, Leicester, Burton on Trent, Staffordshire, Birmingham) Department: Electrical Installations Reports To: Electrical Division Sales ManagerBenefits £35,000 £45,000 basic salary£70,000 £100,000 OTE (On Target Earnings)Company carLaptop providedCompany pension scheme The Role As Business Development Manager, you will: Identify, capture, and monitor new and existing sales opportunities within the Fire and Security sectorGenerate new business through networking, cold calling, site surveys, client meetings, and industry eventsUpsell and cross-sell across the Fire and Security portfolio to maximise revenuePrepare and deliver tailored sales proposals and negotiate contractsCollaborate with project delivery teams to ensure seamless customer experienceBuild and maintain strong long-term client relationships Your Experience 3-5 years field sales experience, ideally within fire and security or related sectors (strong B2B sales background considered)Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targetsSolid understanding of Fire and Security systems, protocols, and standardsStrong sales negotiation and communication skillsProficient in CRM and Microsoft Office toolsSelf-motivated, results-driven, with excellent organisation and time management Working Conditions Primarily field-based across the Midlands with occasional visits to Derby head ..... full job details .....
