ARM are delighted to be working with our client to help them recruit a Commercial Manager on a 4 month contract.

The Role:

• Managing end-to-end procurement activities.
• Developing procurement strategies and routes to market.
• Drafting and finalising procurement and contract documentation.
• Running procurements through e-tendering systems.
• Managing tender clarification processes.
• Coordinating evaluation and consensus meetings.
• Negotiating and forming contracts.
• Working closely with project teams and stakeholders.
• Providing procurement updates and commercial advice to the business.
• Ensuring procurement compliance and governance requirements are met.

Requirements:

• Contract formation and negotiation.
• Procurement strategy development.
• Understanding of contracting options and routes to market
• Experience procuring and managing large framework agreements.
• NEC contract experience
• CIPS qualification
• Commercial thinker with strategic capability.
• Able to manage competing priorities and complex procurement exercises
