Supervising subcontractors and managing accountsProviding support to the Commercial Manager and overseeing the commercial teamAddressing client disputes and conducting internal auditsMaintaining the commercial risk registerVerifying the accuracy of measurements during weekly valuationsConducting cost analysis and implementing cost reduction initiativesReviewing contracts and analysing ratesGenerating comprehensive Cost Value Reports (CVRs) for all projectsAbout You

Extensive experience as a Quantity Surveyor, demonstrating a high level of commercial awareness and problem-solving skills with a proven track record in compiling complex subcontract orders, including effective risk allocation and support for the operational team.Exhibit excellent commercial and communication skills, providing competent leadership to internal stakeholders and cultivating client relationships; keen on developing direct reports.Inspiring, influential, and charismatic communication skills with experience in effectively landing key messages, and problem-solving skills are a given, as is having exceptional Excel skills.Hold a degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or substantial experience in a similar position.Flexible/Hybrid working arrangements; company car scheme/car allowance.Intersect Global is an opportunity employer; we embrace diversity in the workplace.
