As an Associate Director in Project Management within the healthcare sector, you''ll oversee the delivery of construction projects primarily within the NHS, ensuring they meet client expectations and standards. Description

  • Lead and manage healthcare construction projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time and budget.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing clear and regular project updates.
  • Oversee the use of JCT and NEC forms of contract to manage projects effectively.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers and contractors.
  • Provide Employers Agent services to ensure project compliance and client satisfaction.
  • Implement and monitor project management processes to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Support the development of junior team members in the construction delivery process.
  • Maintain excellent communication and collaboration across all project stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable experience in business development through professional networking circles

Profile

A successful Associate Director - Project Management - Healthcare should have:

  • Professional accreditation such as MAPM or MCIOB.
  • Proven expertise in project management within healthcare, NHS, life sciences or hospital projects.
  • Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC forms of contract.
  • Clear and effective communication skills for liaising with clients and teams.
  • Experience in construction delivery and Employers Agent responsibilities.
  • Proven ability to be client facing and instilling the values of the company to new potential clients

Job Offer

  • Competitive salary between -70,000 and -90,000, dependent on the level of experience.
