Do you want a Monday-to-Friday role where you''ll work on interesting building maintenance projects, enjoy great working hours and be part of a supportive Estates team? Working within a highly skilled Estates team, you''ll support the day-to-day maintenance and improvement of an iconic building while helping deliver a range of electrical projects across the estate. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, offering a mixture of planned maintenance, installation work and general estates support. In this role you will work a day based shift carrying out electrical PPM and maintenance on the building. You will be working in a high skilled, motivated team and be involved in projects. The ideal candidate will come from an industrial or commercial electrical background with strong maintenance experience. Candidates from domestic-only environments are unlikely to have the breadth of experience required for this position.
