With a strong emphasis on research and development, they continuously strive to improve their products and processes, ensuring they remain at the forefront of the industry.Your new role Construction of mechanical equipment.Installation of equipment at our customers'' locations worldwide.Reading engineering drawings.Fault-finding and rectification.Leading small mechanical teams.Provide guidance and instruction within a team of fitters.Training and development of junior fitters.To be actively involved in task management.Navigation of company software to access part drawings and material requirements.Completion of TandI and BQC sheets to confirm quality standards are met.Ownership of the designated build area to maintain acceptable housekeeping.Set standards and lead by example in accordance with company policies and procedures.Ensure full adherence to Health and Safety requirements.Ensure completion of equipment daily check sheets and management of findings.Support off-site work with the above.What you''ll need to succeed Significant ..... full job details .....
