Childrens Residential Home Support Worker - Key Responsibilities: To provide care and control of all children at a level not less than is expected to be provided by good parents. To enhance and effect change to the good of all children with whom they work by acquiring the necessary skills through their own training and development. Support Worker - Key Tasks: In Support of Key Responsibility 1 To exercise responsible control over the children to ensure their safety and wellbeing and assist them in developing acceptable standards of personal hygiene and behaviour.
