We are seeking an experienced freelance Site Manager for a well-established and growing main contractor, to oversee DRS roll-out projects in and around Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable contractor delivering high quality projects across the region.

The Role

The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for managing day-to-day site operations on a live retail project, overseeing installation works and ensuring delivery is safe. This is a hands-on role requiring strong coordination and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site activities
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors
• Ensure works are delivered to programme, quality and health and safety standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as site manager with retail experience
• Experience working in live environments
• Strong communication and leadership abilities

Essential certifications

• SMSTS
• CSCS card (black/white)
• First Aid at work
