This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, motivated manager to lead two busy, modern practices and drive growth, development, and operational excellence. What s on Offer: Available ASAP (notice periods considered) Full-time 5 days per week, Monday Friday, 8:45am 5:15pm Salary from £35,700 per annum depending on experience Car parking available at both sites Opportunity to lead two independent, established practices About the Practices: Independent practices in Falmouth (TR11) and Camborne (TR14) Each site has 2 surgeries and is computerised with Dentally Offer general dentistry alongside urgent care, Orthodontics, Special Care and MOS Supportive and professional teams About the Role: The Dual-Site Practice Manager will oversee operations at both locations to ensure smooth day-to-day management and practice growth.
