We are currently recruiting for a Finance and Reporting Manager to join our Finance team.

What we need from youStrong financial reporting and analysis skillsExperience managing PandL, balance sheet, and auditsConfident communicator with business partnering experienceSkilled in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow managementProficient in reporting tools, ideally Power BIProcess improvement mindsetProven leadership experience managing teamsWhat you''ll be doingEnsure accurate representation of PandL and balance sheet - ownership and accountability for the overhead cost lines in the PandLAnalysis of financial information, business partnering with ops directors and preparing reportsPreparation and review of balance sheet reconciliationsEnsure accurate reporting business KPIsBudgeting and forecastingPlay a leading role in the audit processWorking capital management and production of cash flow forecastsContinuous improvement - drive processes in the team for greater efficiencyReporting enhancement and automation - driving forward reporting capabilities through Power BI etc.Managing a team of 3
