This is an excellent opportunity to take on a senior QA leadership role, supporting both internal stakeholders and external customers on high-profile projects. Start Date: ASAPEnd Date: 17 June 2026, with possible extension The roleAs QA Project Manager, you will provide both tactical and strategic leadership to a team of QA Project Managers. You will oversee quality deliverables across tech transfer, process validation, sterility assurance, and compliance-related activities. Acting as a senior escalation point, you will resolve complex quality challenges, ensure objectives are met in full compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the team. Key responsibilities include:- Leading and mentoring a team of QA Project Managers to deliver on quality objectives.- Managing QA activities across tech transfer, process validation, deviations, change controls, and regulatory compliance.- Monitoring and reporting on QA KPIs to internal and external stakeholders.- Acting as QA SME on Change Controls, Deviations, CAPAs, and Investigations.- Representing QA during site meetings, regulatory inspections, and customer audits.- Driving efficiency, training, and risk-based decision making within QA.- Supporting client projects directly as QA Project Manager when required.
