Overview
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Repairs Supervisor to join a leading social housing contractor on a temporary ongoing basis. You will be responsible for supervising a team of operatives and subcontractors delivering void property refurbishment works.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of trades operatives and subcontractors.
• Monitor performance and support team development and growth.
• Ensure all void works are completed to the required quality, safety, and timescale standards.
• Drive excellent contract performance and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, residents, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience supervising teams within a social housing.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence (maximum 6 points).

Essential Qualifications

• SSSTS or IOSH Managing Safely
• Asbestos Awareness
• Basic DBS Check
