Bus Assistant - Kettering Route

Are you friendly, approachable, and enjoy chatting with people?
We’re looking for a Bus Survey Assistant to help us gather feedback from passengers along a Kettering-based bus route.

Shifts:
Tuesdays and Saturdays
4-hour shifts Am or Pm

Pay:
£13.00 per hour

Location:
Based on a Kettering bus route (travel provided if needed)

What you’ll do:

• Ride the bus and speak to passengers about their travel experiences
• Record feedback using a simple survey form (paper )
• Be a positive, friendly face representing our research team

What we’re looking for:

• Great communication skills
• Confident approaching and talking to people
• Reliable and punctual
• No experience needed - full briefing provided
