As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will make a real difference to the lives of children with special educational needs and disabilities by providing personalised one-to-one and small-group support. A successful candidate would: Have previous experience working within a range of educational environments, including mainstream schools, specialist settings, or alternative provisions. Be experienced in supporting children and young people with a variety of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including those with behavioural, communication, and additional learning needs. Be a compassionate, patient, and approachable individual who can develop positive, trusting relationships with pupils.
