We are currently recruiting for a Yard Production Operative to join a very busy site in Rugby Town Centre.

This is a hands-on, physical, all-weather role dealing with metal products used in the construction industry. You''ll be doing tasks such as:

• Matching tickets
• Bending metal
• Securing orders onto lorries

It''s a super busy role , where there''s always something to do. There''s always regular morning overtime available, and the opportunity to be trained on gantry cranes and also some other heavy machinery.

What''s on offer:

• -12.21 p/hour
• 42 hours paid per week
• Overtime at -18.31 p/hour (mainly early mornings)
• Training on gantry cranes and other equipment
• Varied duties - you will always have something to do here
