This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives on building brand presence, delivering unforgettable events, and leading field marketing campaigns that convert consumers into loyal customers.
Think part party planner, part data analyst, part team manager — perfect for someone equally comfortable creating buzz and crunching the numbers behind it.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver large-scale sampling campaigns across the UK — from festivals and pop-ups to retail activations.
   

• Manage field marketing teams, brand ambassadors, and agency partners to deliver seamless and compliant events.
   

• Build and nurture a consumer community through loyalty initiatives, exclusive events and engaging activations.
   

• Partner with influencers and lifestyle brands to drive awareness and advocacy.
   

• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and report ROI to drive informed marketing decisions.
   

• Manage budgets and resources effectively while leading a growing team.
   

About You

• Significant experience in B2C marketing or experiential events (FMCG, drinks, lifestyle, or similar).
   

• Confident people manager with proven success in delivering events from concept to execution.
   

• Commercially aware, data-driven and creative.
   

• Comfortable with travel and occasional evening/weekend work.
   

• Full UK driving licence required.
