An exciting opportunity to join a growing and ambitious quantity surveying consultancy with an outstanding portfolio of commercial and residential projects across Central London.

Our client is seeking a Project Surveyor to join their expanding team. While MRICS-qualified candidates are preferred, applications are also welcomed from ambitious Assistant Surveyors who are approaching Project Surveyor level and looking to take the next step in their career.

This role would suit someone who has gained solid experience across both commercial and residential sectors, can work with a reasonable degree of autonomy, and is confident delivering both pre-contract and post-contract services.

Joining a collaborative and growing consultancy environment, you will work across a diverse portfolio of private sector projects ranging in value from £1m to £500m+. The business has established a strong presence within the London market and continues to secure high-quality commissions across the Commercial & Residential sectors with blue chip developer clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain broad project exposure, develop their technical expertise, and work closely with experienced senior surveyors within a small consultancy team.

The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified or working towards chartership with relevant experience on commercial and residential projects at all stages. They should be proactive, enthusiastic and keen to be part of a growing successful business.

On offer is a salary up to £60k (dependent on experience) plus a comprehensive benefits package. The company are based in central London and typically work 4 days a week in the office.
