We are currently recruiting for a HR Resourcing Officer to work for Lincolnshire Police at their headquarters in Nettleham.This will be working Monday to Friday 37 hours a week and will be a temporary ongoing position.PLEASE NOTE DUE TO THE POLICE VETTING CRITERIA YOU MUST HAVE RESIDED WITHIN THE UK CONTINUOUSLY FOR AT LEAST 3 YEARS FROM THE DATE OF APPLICATIONJOB PURPOSE AND SCOPE:To support the Resourcing Manager in delivering a professional, effective and proactive advisory service, in relation to recruitment and selection of people resources. This includes a professional first point of contact service, and for providing innovative and effective solutions to recruitment needs and issues in partnership with strategic and operational line managers.
