What You ll Do Partner with operational leaders to deliver impactful people plans that drive team performance and business success. Provide expert advice on employee relations, coaching, and performance management. Lead ER cases with professionalism and fairness, ensuring consistency and compliance. What We re Looking For Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, ideally in a multi-site retail or hospitality/QSR environment.
