Ideal for someone who can hit the ground running, you''ll bring strong attention to detail, a proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.FINANCE ASSISTANT ROLE:Inputting supplier invoices into Xero accurately and efficientlyProcessing a consistent volume of purchase invoices and finance transactionsPerforming bank reconciliations and resolving discrepanciesPreparing and processing bank payment requisitionsManaging and prioritising tasks from a finance task listMonitoring and helping to manage the finance inboxSupporting the wider finance team with general accounts administrationEnsuring records are maintained accurately and in line with company proceduresFINANCE ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant, Purchase Ledger or similar finance role6 months of experience using Xero in a previous finance roleExperience with invoice processing, reconciliations and general transactional financeExcellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracyComfortable working with high volumes of data and transactionsWell organised and able to manage a varied workload independentlyA diligent and proactive approach, with ..... full job details .....
