Finance Assistant, Newark Your new company Hays Accountancy and Finance are working with a fast-growing company in Newark to recruit a Finance Assistant to join the established team.Your new role Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for invoice processing and scheduling, ensuring customer records are updated, reconciliations, credit control, supporting with month-end routines and holiday/sickness cover for other members of the team.What you''ll need to succeed You will have practical experience of ledgers and invoicing, reconciliations and updating customer records/statements gained in a commercial environment and be used to working to deadlines in a timely and accurate fashion. You will have excellent interpersonal and team working skills, be IT literate and used to working with accounts and Microsoft packages.
