They are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of subcontract procurement, commercial management and contract administration across significant construction projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven QS who enjoys being involved from tender and procurement through to final account, and who has the confidence to manage substantial packages and negotiate with key supply chain partners. The Role You''ll play a key role in managing the commercial and contractual performance of subcontractors across one or more major construction projects, helping to protect margins, manage risk and ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
