Driver Hire Uxbridge are currently recruiting for Class 2 Skip Driver for our customer, a waste collection company based in Harefield UB9

PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE IS ON A TEMPORARY TO PREMANENT BASIS

£18.00 per hour (1 hour unpaid lunhc break)

Monday to Friday 06:00 to 16:00 or 07:00 to 17:00 (fleixble to meet your needs!) Optional overtime available on Saturdays

Requirements:

• Valid UK driving licence with CAT C entitlement, no more than 6 points held
• Valid CPC and TACHO qualifications
• A minimum of 1 years’ experience commercially as a Class 2 Skip driver (training provided for the right candidates)
• Commercial Cat C driving experience in the UK (references required)
• You must be over the ages of 25 years for insurance purposes 
• Completed FORS E-Learning modules (preferred but not essential)
• Being motivated and hard-working are key to this role

The Role:

• Safely operate an HGV2 vehicle to deliver and collect skips
• Ensure safe loading and unloading of skips at various customer sites
• As a Class 2 Skip Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries and collections, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism

Contract:

• £18.00 per hour
• 45 hour Mon to Fri contract (when perm)
• Optional overtime available on Saturdays – paid at x2 (when perm)
• Monday to Friday overtime paid at x1.5 (when perm)
• 21 & half days annual leave + bank holidays
