You will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing a diverse fleet of vehicles, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety and roadworthiness.Key Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of vehicles, including light and heavy goods vehiclesDemonstrate a thorough knowledge of MOT testing standards and procedures, and actively participate in the MOT testing processMaintain detailed records of all work carried out, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policiesCollaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing efficiency and productivityProvide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians, sharing your expertise and contributing to their professional developmentRequired Qualifications and Skills:Possess a VOSA recognised Certificate for Large Goods Vehicle Safety/Roadworthiness InspectionsBe a qualified MOT inspector or actively in training as an MOT InspectorHave an LGV category C Driving Licence, and ideally, a category C+E Driving LicenceDemonstrate a thorough knowledge of M.O.T.
