What does the Disability Assessor role involve? The role will involve you carrying out 3 to 4 client assessments per day. A typical day will see you carry out telephone, video or face-to-face assessments to understand how a person''s disability or health condition affects their daily life. You ll listen to their experiences, ask questions and use your insights to produce a factual report to help the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) determine their eligibility for benefits. That''s the good news; the DWP make the final decision, you don''t. Your role is to gather information and produce the report. What is on offer? - Excellent starting salary at £43,692pa - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm working hours - Full time and part time available (3, 4 or 5 days per week available) - Tunbridge Wells based when needing to work in the office - Hybrid working, meaning 3 days per week are home-based and 2 days are office based (based on a full time role) - Annual leave + bank holidays + the ability to buy or sell 10 more days - Pension scheme - £400 towards ealthcare renewal fee and CPD support What we look for; • An NMC registered nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) OR a HCPC qualified Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or Paramedic) with 1 year s or more broad post-registration experience • ..... full job details .....
