Our client, an award-winning software and professional services provider, is seeking a VP of Technology to join their team in London as part of their exciting expansion plans. This role requires a dynamic and strategic individual to lead and direct the Technology functions across Europe and Asia Pacific. The VP of Technology will report directly to the executive leading technology and data across the firm, with a dotted line to the president and regional head. As a key member of the leadership team, this role is crucial in shaping and executing the technology strategy.Key Responsibilities

Leadership and People

Lead and mentor high-performing, diverse tech teams.Foster innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement.Manage regional vendors and budgets.Align regional and global tech efforts.Client and Delivery

Oversee the delivery of software and services to meet business needs.Partner with leaders to develop client-focused, tech-enabled solutions.Drive integration of enterprise platforms (e.g., Workday, Salesforce).Translate business needs into scalable tech solutions.Strategy and Value

Ensure data security and regulatory compliance.Drive regional innovation and contribute to global initiatives.Promote ethical and sustainable tech practices.Balance strategic vision with operational excellence.Qualifications

Bachelor''s or Master''s degree.10-15 years in tech leadership, including managing global teams and strategic execution.Strong executive presence, communication, and critical thinking skills.Experience with enterprise platforms and agile delivery methodologies.Proven ability to lead change and deliver results.Travel:

Up to 20%Work Environment:

Standard office setting with regular cross-functional interaction.Supervisory Responsibilities:
