The JobThe needs of the user are central to us, and how those needs are served falls under our Product teams. They are fact-finders, builders, and ideators of easy-to-use, information-rich resources across our platform. Along with Analytics teams, they delve into the why to create unrivaled user experiences.As a Senior Product Manager for the Subscription Value of Flo, you will be crucial in optimizing our subscription offerings as we explore more complex revenue mechanics and tiers. You will determine features for our freemium, tiered, and premium add-on packages, develop and test subscription bundles, and collaborate across teams to integrate these features into Flo''s new premium product strategy.You will work autonomously and collaboratively with Marketing Managers, UX specialists, Product Designers, Analysts, Content, and Engineering teams. You will manage the roadmap, contribute to company goals, and make data-informed decisions to enhance user experience, trials, subscriptions, and LTV.Your ExperienceDemonstrated experience in product management working with mobile technology products in the B2C space.Proven experience developing and implementing subscription or freemium models.Strong understanding of feature segmentation and the ability to determine feature value for different user segments.Experience in defining and analyzing user willingness to pay for features and segments.Experience with A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to optimize subscription packages and upsell mechanics.Ability to use quantitative and qualitative insights for data-driven product decisions.Ability to handle ambiguity and work collaboratively across teams.Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.What you''ll be doingAssessing and determining which features should be included as freemium, tier 1, or tier 2 premium add-ons.Preparing, testing, and refining subscription packages and bundles to maximize value and engagement.Building a strategy aligned with the company''s vision.Managing clear, detailed product requirements and feature descriptions.Leading initiatives that are set and measured as part of the company OKRs.Partnering with content teams to understand segment needs and cover them holistically.Defining willingness to pay for features across user segments.Collaborating with onboarding, growth UX, and promotional teams to enhance the premium offering.Analyzing data and feedback to continuously improve the subscription value proposition.Using qualitative and quantitative approaches, customer understanding, and product intuition for decision-making.Being a proactive and reliable team member.Salary Range:
Lithuania - Starting from 7200 gross/month. UK - Starting from 105,000/year.
