This full-time position is available for an immediate start and involves working closely with young people who require additional guidance to support their behaviour, engagement, attendance, and overall wellbeing. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young people, particularly those facing social, emotional, or behavioural challenges. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 and small group mentoring to students with SEMH needs, behavioural challenges, or those at risk of exclusion. Build positive, professional relationships that promote trust, confidence, and engagement. Support students in managing emotions, improving behaviour, and developing coping strategies. Work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and safeguarding leads to monitor progress and implement support plans. Promote attendance, punctuality, and positive attitudes toward learning. Support reintegration of students returning from exclusion or alternative provision. Act as a positive role model, encouraging personal development and resilience.
