Quantity Surveyor (Fit out / Drylining)
Market Harborough | £55,000 - £70,000
Great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor from a drylining/interiors background to join a growing specialist contractor and play a key role in the business.
The Role
- Manage interior fit out and drylining projects up to £2m
- Site measures, variations and valuations
- Payment applications and CVRs
- Attend site meetings and complete final accounts
- Work closely with the Director and senior operational team
- Opportunity to grow with the business and build a team in time
What''s on Offer
- £55,000 - £70,000 basic salary
- Bonus up to 20% of salary
- 33 days holiday including bank holidays

About You
- 10 years Quantity Surveying experience
- Drylining, interiors or subcontractor background
- Strong commercial and IT skills
- Full UK driving licence
