Duration - 12 monthsResponsibilitiesSuggesting improvements to existing business strategies to drive growthDriving and overseeing the progress of multiple key strategic projectsSupporting the preparation of strategic business cases and presentation materialsManaging and contributing to strategic projects utilising problem solving frameworksStakeholder management: building and nurturing strong advisory relationships with key external and internal senior stakeholders including influencing executivesDefining problems and strategic solutions - scoping, analysing, preparing and presenting strategy checksMentoring more junior team membersConducting strategic researchIdentifying issues, developing hypotheses and communicating insights and recommendations to key decision makersProviding active guidance to team members in the course of key strategic projectsDeveloping an in-depth understanding of our business and external market forcesDeveloping a reporting schedule of all Executive reporting Committees and designated Senate committeesYour Experience4+ years’ tenure in a recognized strategy consulting businessDemonstrated experience and knowledge of strategic problem solving and frameworks, and project management skillsAbility to liaise with stakeholders and influence people of a diverse range of backgroundsExperience in applying strategic frameworks and tools for analysing strategic problems and developing strategiesExcellent written and verbal communication with the ability to establish credibility and strong relationships with senior stakeholdersStrong performance across a broad range of strategic engagementsExcellent verbal and written communication abilities
