Eden Brown are recruiting a Senior Housing Officer on a FTC for a minimum of 11 months in Liverpool. This is a full-time, office based role, with a requirement to work outside office hours on occasion for evening meetings, with also a requirement to participate in an Out of Hours duty rota once in every 5 weeks.We''re looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and customer-focused individual to join the team and you''ll be directly managing 3 staff members, so a degree of experience in line management is essential for the role. You will also require a driving licence with access to your own vehicle, with valid business insurance.Your new role Delivery of housing management services across a small patch, including lettings, rent arrears control, voids and tenancy management.
