Trant have started work on several waste water upgrade projects in the Oxfordshire / Gloucestershire / Berkshire regions and are looking for civil operatives at all levels-who are looking for-long term work and real career advancement.We believe in-rewarding and developing individuals with the right attitude and enthusiasm for what we do.With time-and training-you could-find yourself-site engineering,-acting as-supervisors or-even site managing-and beyond.-

Reporting-to-our-foremen,-duties include but are not limited to:-

• General civils-construction operations-
• Drainage, pipe laying, concrete-
• Hand digging around complex services.-
• Promotion of safety within safety critical environment-
• Holding permits to work, etc.-

Requirements:-

• Applicants will need to be reliable and responsible with a good awareness of health and safety in the workplace-and a strong work ethic-
• Current CSCS
• Confined space awareness a bonus-
• Appropriate-machine-tickets-(dumper, roller, forklift, 360, etc.)-where applicable
• Thames Water Passport a bonus
