Are you:An experienced educational practitioner with Level 2 in Education and Childcare or equivalent, deeply committed to supporting families with young children from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds.Prepared to work collaboratively as part of an area team, operating at various locations throughout the week to ensure the delivery of high-quality services across the Clapham/Brixton Hill area. You should be able to move between sites confidently and ensure adherence to safety protocols.Skilled in encouraging parents to access family support services and adept at fostering high levels of participation in events and activities.Enthusiastic about working within a supportive, adaptable, and dynamic team environment, and eager to embrace new responsibilities and challenges. You should possess strong problem-solving abilities, maintain a "can-do" attitude, and excel under pressure.Proficient in IT with a willingness to further develop your skills and knowledge. Support and training will be provided as needed to enhance your capabilities.Experience: Prior experience working in a nursery school or early years setting and delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum is essential.All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
