This is a commercial/production kitchen.Starts 11th AugustOngoing contract (min 8 weeks)Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Main Duties/Responsibilities:* Cook and prepare high quality dishes.* Always maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.* Ensure food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created.

Essential:* Health and safety and food hygiene certificates* Minimum 1 years'' relevant experience* Awareness of manual handling techniques* Competent level of English spoken and written

Desirable:* Food Hygiene Level 2 or above* City and Guilds 706/1 or 706/2 Catering/ NVQ Level 2 in cookery
