Take technical ownership of key parts of the rahd·AI platformLead by example in writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code across the stackGuide and mentor other engineers, helping to build a high-performance teamIntroduce structure and engineering best practices to support scaling the product and teamCollaborate closely with the CEO and product team to align tech strategy with business prioritiesIdentify and implement tools, frameworks, and workflows that improve team productivity and product qualityPlay an active role in hiring and onboarding new technical talentWhat We’re Looking For

6+ years of experience in full stack software development, ideally in high-growth environmentsStrong proficiency in our current stack: React, Next.js, Python (FastAPI), PostgreSQL, and AzureExperience with AI/ML platforms or data-heavy applications is a plusA track record of leading small teams or projects, even if not formally a “tech lead”Comfortable navigating ambiguity and excited to build processes from the ground upDeep interest in building purposeful, scalable softwareExcellent communication skills and a collaborative mindsetBonus Points
