The role Initially, you''ll be working as a Dispensing Optician within a fast-paced, high-quality independent practice, delivering an excellent level of patient care and dispensing across a premium product range. This is a mid-to-high-end independent practice, working with some of the industry''s leading lens manufacturers, including Hoya, Essilor, Zeiss and Shamir. The practice offers a broad clinical service, including routine eye examinations, diabetic screening, glaucoma and retinal investigations, contact lens checks and new contact lens fittings. Where this role can take you The long-term plan is for you to progress into the Practice Manager position, taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the practice, team, patient experience and commercial performance.
