Job Role: Plasterer Multi TraderLocation: Hastings and surrounding areasSalary: £38,000 + Van and Fuel CardJob Type: PermanentI am currently seeking an experienced and reliable Plasterer Multi Trader to join a reactive maintenance team, carrying out repairs and improvement works within social housing properties across Hastings and the surrounding areas.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plastering, with experience working within occupied properties and delivering high-quality repairs for tenants. Candidates with additional multi-trade skills, such as basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, tiling, or general building repairs, would be highly desirable.You will be responsible for completing a range of reactive maintenance works, ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard while providing excellent customer service to residents.Responsibilities:Carry out plastering repairs, patching, skimming, and associated finishing works within social housing properties.Complete general multi-trade repairs, including basic carpentry, painting, tiling, and minor plumbing repairs where required.Attend reactive maintenance jobs and diagnose repair requirements efficiently.Work within occupied homes while maintaining a professional and respectful approach with tenants.Inspect properties and identify any additional maintenance requirements.Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.Maintain accurate records of completed works, materials ..... full job details .....
