Metal Making Continental Shift Pattern 2 days from 7am to 7pm 2 nights from 7pm to 7am 4 days offThis is a continuous pattern and includes weekends plus public holidays.To produce metal products in line with customer specifications using designated equipment within the manufacturing facility. The role involves ensuring traceability and quality of products, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and supporting the upkeep of manufacturing equipment.Key Responsibilities: Operate production machinery to manufacture metal products according to customer orders and specifications.Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production schedules.Ensure full traceability of materials and processes throughout the production cycle.Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet required standards and report any non-conformance.Maintain accurate production records and documentation.Clean work areas regularly and follow housekeeping standards to maintain a safe and organized work environment.Assist in the maintenance, inspection, and minor repair of equipment to ensure optimal working condition.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets and resolve production issues.Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
